Responsibilities
  1. Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  2. Schedule and follow up with client appointments.
  3. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities.
  4. Assist in e-filing relevant documents in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
  5. Prepare schedules, reports, and other documents.
  6. Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry.
  7. Follow up with creditors regarding submitted paperwork or file particulars.
  8. Update and maintain internal database.
  9. Manage and coordinate multiple calendars.
Skills and Experience
  1. Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
  2. Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
