Rooted Family Wellness Centre (RFWC) is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing holistic health, fitness, and educational services for conceiving, pregnant, and postnatal families in Kanata. Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Rooted Family Wellness Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. Your contributions will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our commitment to holistic family wellness.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services and appointments.
• Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining client records.
• Ensure the reception area, common areas, and studio space are organized and welcoming at all times
• Manage light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying treatment rooms, and general upkeep of the Centre
• Assist with billing processes as needed, including basic invoicing tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and instructors to ensure seamless communication within the clinic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer support role, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications and Jane for scheduling and documentation is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a friendly environment.
