Your role

Are you service oriented with an eye for details and a great multi-tasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We’re looking for a Receptionist to:

  1. answer the reception main line incoming calls, greet, and assist clients and visitors to the office, providing exceptional service
  2. support office administration such as ordering supplies, handling mail, managing conference logistics and setting up WIFI system access
  3. assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
  4. organize and manage all office mail and deliveries
  5. assist with event planning, catering orders, and other ad hoc administrative support as needed

Your team

You'll be working in the Wealth Management team in Toronto, Ontario and play a key part in representing the business when dealing with internal and external parties. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be intuitive to the needs of the team and provide seamless support across a variety of situations.

Your expertise

  • has 3 years + Reception or client facing experience in a financial firm
  • excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
  • keen attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
  • self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
