As a receptionist


HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Provide the welcome to all FCT visitors, directing them to electronically signing in and assisting them with any questions they have.

  • Operate switchboard, handle general telephone inquiries and pass on messages to FCT staff.

  • Receive and sign for deliveries and inform addressees.

  • Respond to facilities queries and requests from staff and direct them to facilities team.

  • Respond to internal inquiries for meeting rooms and arrange bookings for events and trainings.

  • Accessing facilities’ FAMIS system to direct, sort, enter and close work orders.

  • Assist with facilities invoices submission, processing and recording.

  • Handling office supplies approvals and ordering

  • Assisting with mail room duties as requested.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrate experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for providing excellent customer service

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written

  • Excellent administrative skills, process driven with high attention to detail

  • Organized approach to work and time management

  • Self-motivated with willing to do attitude and professionalism

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and proactive communicator

  • Awareness of H&S policy and practice.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • More than five years of experience as a receptionist or Front Office Representative
