As a receptionist
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Provide the welcome to all FCT visitors, directing them to electronically signing in and assisting them with any questions they have.
Operate switchboard, handle general telephone inquiries and pass on messages to FCT staff.
Receive and sign for deliveries and inform addressees.
Respond to facilities queries and requests from staff and direct them to facilities team.
Respond to internal inquiries for meeting rooms and arrange bookings for events and trainings.
Accessing facilities’ FAMIS system to direct, sort, enter and close work orders.
Assist with facilities invoices submission, processing and recording.
Handling office supplies approvals and ordering
Assisting with mail room duties as requested.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Demonstrate experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Knowledge of using Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Excellent administrative skills, process driven with high attention to detail
Organized approach to work and time management
Self-motivated with willing to do attitude and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and proactive communicator
Awareness of H&S policy and practice.
High school diploma or GED
More than five years of experience as a receptionist or Front Office Representative
