Job Title: Receptionist

Location: St. John's, NL

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable client, with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. Your role will involve greeting guests, coordinating front-desk activities, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Greeting clients, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring and recording office expenditures.
  • Creating spreadsheets and reporting expenses to office managers.
  • Coordinating events, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Organizing, storing, and managing office files.
  • Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.
  • Recording minutes during meetings.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
