Job description

As a receptionist at Ubi MTL, you’ll play a key role in daily client interactions and the management of the studio’s internal store.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Serve and assist the internal store’s clientele with their requests.
  • Participate in store management and inventory tasks.
  • Assist with the reception, shipment, and distribution of merchandise.
  • Distribute and retrieve material as needed.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out of equipment and the shipment of parcels.
  • Follow up with clients on completed tasks or services.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Provide internal teams with requested information.
  • Perform any other related tasks to support studio operations.
QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in a similar role or in a customer service position.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work in a team, and take initiative.
  • Physical fitness to lift and handle packages (for warehouse tasks).
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of IT and electronic components (an asset).
  • Interest in the gaming industry and production processes (an asset).
