Your Contribution
As a Receptionist, you will collaborate with the Administrative team under the Team Leader's guidance. Your main responsibilities include:
- Applying and promoting Englobe’s health and safety rules;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Processing asbestos samples and payments;
- Coordinating corporate programs with HR, including onboarding and integration;
- Addressing staff inquiries;
- Managing site administration tasks such as building maintenance, office supplies, and vendor contacts;
- Organizing social events and staff luncheons;
- Ordering employee clothing and promotional items for events;
- Welcoming visitors;
- Managing couriers and mail;
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and printer room;
- Working with IT to order equipment and assist staff; and
- Arranging travel.
Your Profile
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Office or Business Administration is an asset;
- Valid driver’s license for local errands;
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in an office environment;
- Experience in consulting, engineering, or science firms is an asset;
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and system management;
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Sensitivity to occupational health and safety;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
