We are looking for a Receptionist to join BrokerLink at our Parry Sound branch in Central Ontario on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries
• Managing walk-in customer flow
• Providing superior customer service to meet client needs
• Processing payments, deposits, and account coding
• Printing and mailing documents upon request
• Monitoring and distributing mail, faxes, and couriers
• Handling special tasks as assigned
• Promoting digital tools like Intact Client Centre and BrokerLink Connect
• Encouraging client feedback via Satmetrix surveys and Google Reviews to support continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• High School or Post-Secondary Education
• 1-5 years' office experience
• Computer skills including MS Office and keyboarding
• Strong customer focus and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with Epic is an asset
• Prior experience in brokerage or insurance industry is preferred
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background checks
