Our client, a highly regarded boutique real estate law firm located in NW Calgary, is seeking a Receptionist to be the first friendly face clients meet when they walk through the door. About the Role :

As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a warm and professional first impression for clients and visitors. You will manage front-desk responsibilities and support the legal team with key administrative tasks including file opening, basic Land Title and City of Calgary searches.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Open new client files and maintain organized file systems
• Perform land title searches and City of Calgary searches as needed
• Provide administrative support to the legal team and assist with general office duties
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming reception area

Who You Are :

• A naturally positive, upbeat person who enjoys working with people
• Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with a range of clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
• Previous experience in a legal or real estate office is an asset but not required
• Experience with land titles and City of Calgary searches is an advantage (training can be provided)
