Position Summary

To provide receptionist and clerical support, assist individuals with inquiries by telephone and in person, support staff with clerical tasks, and maintain office operations. May serve as the initial contact for visitors.

  • Preference given to candidates proficient in both English and French, written and oral.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Clerical :

Answers telephone/switchboard, directs calls and inquiries to appropriate staff.

Responds to inquiries via telephone and in person.

Greets and directs visitors at reception.

Processes incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.

Provides clerical support such as filing, scheduling, typing forms, and report preparation.

Processes work orders as required.

Performs data entry using software such as Excel, Yardi Property Management, Vadim (iCity).

Handles accounts payable and receivable as needed.

Technology :

Knowledge of computer programs and databases used in daily work (e.g., SDMT, CBS, Microsoft Office, Vadim, Yardi, MTO, OSAP, EI).

General :

Must stay updated on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance.

Must possess the physical ability to perform job duties as specified in the Physical Demands Analysis.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Supervision Requirements :

None for direct, indirect, or functional supervision.

Secondary school diploma (Grade 12) required.
