Job summary

Tommy Gun’s in North Vancouver is seeking a reliable Guest Services Associate to run the front desk and help set the vibe for the shop. This part-time role involves greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and guiding clients to their barber chairs in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Check guests in and manage the waitlist.

• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and positive shop floor when busy.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the flow of a busy shop. If you have experience as a restaurant host or hostess, or a background in retail and customer service, your skills will transfer naturally here.

• Flexible availability with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts
• Checking guests in, managing the waitlist queue, and walking clients to their barber’s chair
• Helping team members sweep and sanitize stations between guests so chairs flip quickly
• Answering phones, managing check-ins, running the register, and helping guests find the right products
• Keeping retail shelves stocked, managing inventory, and making product recommendations
• Communicating clearly with the Barbers and going above and beyond for every guest, every time
• Staying positive, welcoming, and organized when the shop gets busy!
