As part of our Guest Services team, you'll help create a positive experience for every guest, support our barbers, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Guest Services team member, you'll play an important role in the daily operations of our barbershop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Managing service queues and assisting guests throughout their visits
• Providing information about Tommy Gun's services and retail products
• Helping guests find grooming and hair care products that suit their needs
• Supporting retail displays, visual merchandising, and product inventory
• Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Communicating with barbers and teammates to support efficient shop operations
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service
