A boutique hotel is seeking a passionate Reception Manager to lead their team of friendly receptionists. You will ensure high service standards at the front desk and maintain essential communication with all departments. Job description

Location: THE PIG - on the beach, Studland, BH19 3AU

Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum depending on experience. OTE £33,090 per annum, including tronc.

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.

We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to lead our team of friendly Receptionists.

The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As our Reception Manager you will be responsible for the effective running of the front office, managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail. Communication is key, you will be required to maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.

This role will also require you from time to time to do duty management shifts.

Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential, along with knowledge of Opera Fidelio.
