The Opportunity

As the Concierge, you are the first point of contact for all residents, families, and team members. With each interaction, you will create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone, utilizing your strong customer service and administrative experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, always maintaining professionalism.

What you will be doing
  • Greet and interact with residents, visitors and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information about
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other messagesredirecting to appropriate parties
  • Perform basic accounting functions and provide assistance as required
  • General administrative duties and maintaining the resident file system
What you will bring
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Flexibility to workdays, evenings and weekends
