Be the Face of Our Team!

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. You will ensure smooth daily operations, warmly greet visitors, and support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver messages accurately to the appropriate recipients.
  2. Follow established procedures carefully.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues on creating name cards, managing temporary equipment loans, and supporting Fun@CSP initiatives.
  4. Welcome and assist visitors on the 2nd floor, adhering to security protocols.
  5. Maintain office supplies and ensure operational efficiency.
  6. Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Availability to work onsite near Crémazie Station, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week). Punctuality is essential.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in reception or customer service.

Skills:

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
