KGS Group is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Thunder Bay office.

Working with us means you’ll be part of some of the most interesting projects across Canada, the U.The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, greeting clients or visitors in an efficient and courteous manner, general office support and assisting in other administration jobs as required. Provide administrative support services to leadership team and other employees Provide administrative support for the development and submission of time sensitive documents including reports, proposals, letters, memos, and presentations Work with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and Outlook on a regular basis to assist with the preparation of reports and proposals Event plan for conferences, training activities, and special events Previous experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat KGS Group welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
