Our client is looking for a temporary Receptionist / Administrative Assistantfor their office in Exshaw, AB.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and welcoming with a positive and supportive demeanour, and eager to step in where needed to assist the team. This person should be adaptable with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks from multiple departments, all the while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Greeting patients into the office in a warm and courteous manner
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Creating and editing documents
  • Invoicing, billing, and receiving payments
  • Supporting office staff with any administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • General upkeep and maintaining cleanliness of the office
  • Other tasks as requested

Experience:

  • Previous administrative/reception experience is required

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and great organization
  • Customer service oriented and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adaptable and eager to support the team when needed
  • Proactive, able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise

Base Salary:$19 per hour

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Monday – Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote. You are required to be on site.

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
