Job summary

Master Flo Valve Inc. is seeking a full-time Receiving Supervisor to oversee the receiving operations in Edmonton, AB. You will supervise drivers and material handlers, ensure accurate receipt against purchase orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements include 2–5 years in shipping/receiving with supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. SAP experience is preferred; TDG/WHMIS credentials are assets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of shipping/receiving experience is required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs is required.
• SAP experience is preferred, or working experience with another large ERP program.
• Grade 12 diploma is preferred.
• Crane experience is an asset.
• TDG ticket is an asset.
• WHMIS ticket is an asset.
• Effective written, verbal, and reading skills (English) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Receiving Operations, manage receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods.
• Provide leadership for the receiving department and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop policies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and organization.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments for timely delivery.
