Job description

Clean Harbors, located in Corunna, ON, is looking to add a Receiving Coordinator to their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions within the facility, including receiving, tracking, and general administration. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to change directions quickly. This is a temporary assignment with a duration of 4-6 months depending on the project timelines.

  • Shift: Mon-Fri- 6:30am-3:00pm & 9:30am-6:00pm (OT and Saturdays as needed) Weekly Rotating shift

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety are the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Working knowledge of WIN central, plant receiving, profile access, and printing;
  • Organizing and entering data into WIN, Excel and/or Outlook for inbound & outbound materials;
  • Data entry into provincial and federal manifest tracking databases;
  • Filing, typing, and general clerical duties as well as any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors;
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with transportation drivers at receiving office;
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • 6+ months related work experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) required;
  • TDG Training/Knowledge is a plus.
