Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  1. Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks.
  2. Operate hand trucks or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
  3. Unpack and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
  4. Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips and drawings where applicable. Note any shortages or damages.
  5. Oversee incoming intercompany material and order fulfillment.
  6. Maintain manual or computerized record-keeping systems.
  7. Assist with inventory counts.
  8. Other duties as required.

Position Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and people skills, both on the phone and in person.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Forklift operator or lift truck experience is an asset.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Grade 12 education.

Computer Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Basic computer skills.
