The Career.
As a Receiver / Door Person at a V!VA Retirement Community, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression while supporting the safe and efficient operation of the Community.
Working closely with the Welcome Coordinator, the Concierge Team, and other departments, you will assist with Community Member move-ins, deliveries, shipping and receiving, guest assistance, and general property support. You will help ensure Community Members, families, guests vendors, and Team Members receive exceptional service while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
You will serve as a role model for V!VA's Values and Culture, creating an environment where Community Members, guests, and Team Members feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
