We are currently seeking a Receiver for ourMississauga Distribution Centrelocated at333 Matheson Blvd West.

As a Receiver, you would be responsible for receiving products into the warehouse according to procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload all incoming products off the trailers.
• Check, inspect, examine, and count all products being unloaded for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
• Informs the warehouse management of any discrepancies on purchase orders.
• Document all overages, shortages, and damages.
• Ensures that the driver’s signature is on all paperwork.
• Investigate variances in received products.
• Understands and follows all safe work practices and rules.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills and experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn in-house computer programs.
• Ability to learn in-house inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition with stamina to lift at least 50 – 100 pounds.
• Operates various equipment (dock levellers, hand trucks, garbage baler, cardboard baler, lift truck, etc.)
• Demonstrate the company’s Values.

• Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
• Flexible schedule requirements, including evenings and weekends.
