Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone, and email communication.
Coordinate and schedule conferences, including teleconferences.
Order and track materials.
Manage market, trade, and professional communications, ensuring necessary information is gathered and tasks are connected to relevant events.
Refine management tasks, including working with external marketing firms, website design firms, real estate agents, etc.
Ensure soft and hard data is efficiently organized/stored both in physical files and on the firm's servers.
Effectively manage reports, personal communication, and data.
Prepare for and attend meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and managing meeting files.
Communicate necessary tasks and action steps, following up on deliverables.
Provide marketing/social media support as needed.
Work with the Development Manager to investigate and resolve tenant complaints, apply occupancy policies, coordinate property repairs, and assist with insurance matters.
Assist the Development Manager with preparing and reviewing operational contracts.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with tenants.
Liaise with tenants on all operational issues related to their occupancy.
Liaise with building operators to manage the effective and efficient daily operations of the property.
Be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands within required deadlines.
Interact and communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
