Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of full-time software development experience.
• Strong Java with JavaFX GUI applications.
• Solid C programming for backend and performance.
• Python scripting for automation.
• Understanding of compilation and linking process.
• Experience with DLLs and native Windows apps.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, issue trackers.
• Attention to detail and debugging skills.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RSCAD FX for a responsive UI.
• Develop performance-critical backend software in C.
• Contribute to compiler and linker technology with native Windows.
• Develop scripting and tooling in Python for workflows.
• Write, modify, test, and document software to high standards.
• Profile and optimize compute-heavy code paths for reliability.
• Provide hands-on debugging and fixes post-release.
• Prepare documentation on operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Support teams on requirements.
• Investigate new technologies and and evaluate applicability.
