Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with clients to comprehend their property requirements and identify suitable real estate options
  • Prepare essential paperwork, such as representation agreements, and engage in contract negotiations
  • Participate in monthly open houses and networking events to enhance sales prospects
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to clients with utmost care and respect
  • Actively seek out new customers through daily networking and prospecting activities
  • Aid 30 to 50 buyer clients annually throughout the home-buying process
  • Maintain a full-time schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends
  • Demonstrate accountability in all assigned tasks
  • Foster a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere
Qualifications
  • A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing
  • Proficient use of technology and various software tools
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone
  • High School Diploma
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
  • You will need to dress appropriately, business casual
  • Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver\'s license
  • Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate
  • Be trustworthy and honest- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures
  • This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required
