- Complete monthly bank reconciliations for trust accounts across 5 offices to maintain compliance with provincial real estate boards
- Maintain bank account registers for trust accounts across 5 Canadian offices
- Work with local Operations Managers to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping for all real estate transactions performed in Canada
- Assist the accounting team with other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or certification (in accounting or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Experience in real estate industry preferred
