About This Team

The Store Development Real Estate Team supports physical store growth and portfolio management. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Portfolio Management and in support of market growth strategy, the Real Estate Portfolio Manager will manage existing fleet renewals, lease actions, storage, renovations and initiatives. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will also provide support for business needs and strategies and undertake reporting.

Core Responsibilities

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will

  • In collaboration with Sr. Real Estate Managers, support fleet growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Working directly with landlords, negotiate and execute lease renewals, renovations and lease actions.
  • Source, negotiate and execute temporary leases, as required, for major capital projects.
  • Source, negotiate and execute storage, parking, and signage agreements.
  • Liaise with attorneys to review, negotiate and finalize lease documents.
  • Support capital projects by producing real estate presentations; and
  • Collaborate with lease administration on amendment reviews and other real estate activities whilst managing lease databases, reports and key lease dates.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5+ yrs related real estate experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confident familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners
  • Resourceful, and high level of initiative
  • Proven work ethic with utmost integrity; and
  • Desire to excel and succeed.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
