About the Role

We’re hiring a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll primarily be shooting and editing real estate media — but you’ll also play an important part in our day-to-day operations. Some days will be packed with property shoots; other days, you’ll be helping deliver media to clients, organizing files, assisting with office tasks, and contributing to lifestyle shoots, headshots, and branding projects.

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a creative company.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content for real estate listings, builders, and branding projects
• Operate cameras, drones, and lighting equipment with precision
• Edit photos and videos to ensure consistent, cinematic quality
• Deliver media to clients and assist with client communication when needed
• Organize, back up, and maintain project files in line with our workflow
• Support lifestyle sessions, headshots, and commercial branding shoots
• Fill non-shoot days with office tasks that support overall client delivery
• Represent Allison Media Co. with professionalism and a client-focused attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in photography/videography (real estate preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Sony/DSLR/mirrorless systems, gimbals, and drones (sub-250g or advanced license)
• Software: Strong editing skills in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (After Effects a bonus)
• Creative Eye: Strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Professionalism: Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident with client communication
• Driver’s License & Vehicle: Required for travel across Niagara, Hamilton, and the GTA
