Job description

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets
• Perform detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis comparable company analysis (CCA)
• Prepare investment reports presentations and summaries for senior management.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets identify trends and recommend strategies.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools including Excel Argus CoStar and Bloomberg.
