THE TEAM

The mission of the Architecture team is to unite the creative vision, precise technical execution, and coordinated project delivery under one strategic approach—ensuring every project is thoughtfully designed, expertly documented, and seamlessly delivered.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Manager/Manager of Technical Production, you will lead a high-performing team of Technical Developers in creating precise, coordinated, and compliant technical documentation that brings Aritzia's spaces to life. You will uphold high-quality standards by overseeing the technical drawing production process, establishing standards, and ensuring documentation aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and constructability principles. You will guide your team in integrating site conditions, systems, and consultant input into clear, accurate drawing sets that support seamless project execution. With strong leadership and coaching, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will also support your team’s growth and development, contributing to a rewarding career environment at Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Technical Production, you will:

1. Lead and develop teams responsible for standardized project documentation and model management to ensure consistency and collaboration.
2. Oversee teams delivering accurate site data and ensuring regulatory compliance across all projects.
3. Guide cross-functional teams in producing coordinated technical documentation and managing key deliverables.
4. Review and validate drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with design intent.
5. Provide leadership during construction to support issue resolution, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
6. Work with Business Support partners to support departmental functions aligned with corporate objectives, while enabling career development and a positive employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in building technologies such as REVIT and other AEC applications.
• A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Values and Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD annually. Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications. The role may also include bonus and equity opportunities.
