THE DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Interior Design team is to bring our brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Interior Design Department, you will be part of the team responsible for bringing the brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels. As a Manager of Interior Design, you will lead the development of the layout, specifications, visualizations, ordering and on-site styling to ensure cohesive alignment with design, timelines, and operational requirements of each space. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design, you will:

  • Develop and detail interior design layouts aligned with creative vision, spatial planning, and standards.
  • Create and manage interior design specifications ensuring compliance and alignment with project tiers.
  • Produce visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project aesthetics.
  • Oversee budgeting and ordering of interior design elements, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
  • Lead on-site styling to accurately realize the design vision through strategic placement of elements.
  • Manage inventory to maintain availability and support project needs.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Interior Design
  • An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Building technologies such as REVIT
  • An understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
