THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Division is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design and build meet their functional requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Programming team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering functional requirements for our physical spaces on behalf of the Business Owner, delivering high-quality project outcomes on time, and with accurate programming. The team will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Creative Store Design, and the Project Management Office to identify, translate, communicate, and validate programming excellence throughout each project's development.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Programming Division, you will:

  • Determine the business needs for our physical spaces and ensure requirements are consistent
  • Provide programming requirements to the design team to guide design decisions
  • Facilitate the alignment of design with programming requirements
  • Manage programming requirements throughout the build process
  • Deliver business-ready, world-class spaces
  • Connect, integrate, and organize the Programming Department

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, Programming Division, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in project and/or operations management and retail
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • A focus on quality and results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and knowledge.
