Overview

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced real estate team. The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience and a strong understanding of industry processes. A licensed realtor is preferred, though not required. Bilingual (Mandarin) is a bonus.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently support a top-producing agent with a variety of administrative, marketing, and client service tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the lead agent
  • Prepare listing and offer documentation, ensure timely submission and accuracy
  • Coordinate showings, open houses, and client appointments
  • Maintain CRM, calendar, email, and transaction timelines
  • Assist with marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, brochures)
  • Schedule and liaise with photographers, stagers, lawyers, inspectors, and trades
  • Monitor listings on MLS and other platforms to ensure accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
  • Handle confidential client and transaction information with discretion
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate support or related field
  • Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, MLS, TREB/OREA forms
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, MLS, Canva, and MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
