Job description

Dynamic Appraisals - Warman is currently accepting applications for the position of Real Estate Appraiser Assistant directly assisting the Senior Appraiser, who is an Accredited Appraiser with the Canadian Institute (AACI, P.App).Dynamic Appraisals completes market value appraisals of Agricultural, Commercial, and Residential properties in a wide region throughout Saskatchewan.This is a part-time position with 20 to 30 hours per week and $18.00 to $20.00 per hour compensation.Hours are flexible!You will be working in a home-based office with a relaxed atmosphere.

Duties

·Tracking incoming requests from banks, credit unions, and appraisal management companies, lawyers, and property owners,

·Researching a variety of data pertaining to properties being appraised in various municipalities,

·Preparing maps,

·File set-up,

·Scheduling appointments,

·Downloading photos,

·Proofreading reports for accuracy and quality control,

·Emailing/ uploading completed reports,

·Updating and maintaining database

Skills Required

The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, self-motivated individual, who enjoys a fast-paced environment.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.Must be able to navigate the internet with ease.Excellence in written and verbal communication is key.The selected applicant will be well organized, have excellent time-management skills, and be able to problem solve independently.Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.Criminal record check is required.
