  • Build your personal brand through social media showcasing your expertise and listings.
  • Market properties effectively using quality materials on portals and social media.
  • Keep listings updated on portals to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
  • Develop relationships with building and community management teams for updates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sales support.
  • Maintain a reputation for reliability and trust with clients, colleagues, and competitors.
  • Guide clients through sales and leasing procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws.

Requirements:

  • Strong personality with high presentation standards.
  • Self-confident, results-driven, and eager to succeed.
