Base pay range

150,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Agent Launch course
  • Execute weekly lead generation systems
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Team Database Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

We seek a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent rapport-building skills, and a focus on solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are strengths. Overcoming objections is natural. Strong communication and service commitment are essential.
