Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited is hiring for a role delivering ready‑mixed concrete with a 4‑axle mixer truck. You will perform pre‑ and post‑trip safety checks and communicate with dispatch and customers to keep operations efficient.

The job requires a CDL, a clean driving record, strong safety and teamwork mindset, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and climbing. Union environment and long‑term employment are noted.

What You’ll Be Doing

Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites. Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required safety, environmental, and quality documentation. Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites.

What Are We Looking For

Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions. Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work. Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.

Conditions of Employment
