The role of Ready Mix Operator is responsible for the primary day-to-day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to Job Sites (Home Owner and other Clients in the industries). This role is also responsible for customer relationships, giving great service with a friendly attitude to ensure customers receive a high-level delivery and product from Lafarge. This is a customer-facing role that requires a service-oriented mindset and a highly professional approach.
What You’ll AccomplishEducation: High School diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: Experience in a related field preferred but not required; training is provided
Required Training/Certifications: Needs to have a Class 3Q (Air Brakes) or Class 1Q – Drivers abstract is REQUIRED when applying
Required Technical Skills: Able to operate manual transmission – 10 Speed or higher preferably
