About the Role

Ready Mix Drivers deliver Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners, and industry clients. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude, and ensuring high-quality delivery and products from Lafarge at the BHP Billiton - Jansen Mine Site. This customer-facing role requires professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

This is a camp position with food and lodging provided. Candidates must have their own transportation for commuting during rotations.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Follow Lafarge safety and environmental policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, keep equipment clean and maintained.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure reliable and positive delivery experiences.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
• Complete Lafarge Ready Mix Training.
• Operate electronic devices such as tablets and GPS.
• Promote safety and environmental practices in all work environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off
• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience: At least 1 year, preferably in construction or heavy equipment, knowledge of building materials is a plus.
• Certifications: Class 3Q (Air Brakes) or Class 1Q; driver’s abstract required.
