Job summary

Prezzo Trading LTD is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You will drive service pace, uphold elite standards, and mentor a passionate team to deliver Italian dishes with pride and precision.

The role includes HACCP paperwork, stock control, and creating a positive, energetic work environment that keeps the team motivated during peak service times.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of stock control, waste reduction and HACCP/paperwork.
• Energetic and motivating presence to drive service peak moments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen in collaboration with Head Chef to set pace and maintain elite standards.
• Coach and develop junior chefs; ensure each plate meets pride and precision.
• Maintain HACCP paperwork and overall kitchen hygiene and safety throughout shifts.
