Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is looking for a General Services Manager to lead the delivery of Soft Services at our Peterborough site. You will oversee catering, cleaning, security and handyperson services, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards across a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Excellent client relationships and strong leadership, GMP and health & safety knowledge are essential to drive performance and compliance in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Facilities Management experience within a multi-service environment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of GMP, compliance, auditing and health & safety.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• Primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support occasional weekend requirements as part of a 24/7 operation.

General Services Manager

to lead the delivery of Soft Services at our site in Peterborough. You’ll oversee

catering, cleaning, security and handyperson services, ensuring everything is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

With a strong focus on

GMP compliance and audit readiness, you’ll lead teams, build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery across a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment.

What we're looking for:
