Contract Opportunity Available - No Visa Sponsorship options for this role. Hybrid Work : 2-3 days work from client office in Downtown Toronto OR Mississauga.

We are seeking a highly skilled React Front-End Developer to join the Platform team supporting the client's Asset-Backed Securities business. You will build high-performance, intuitive UIs that power trade capture, risk visualization, and lifecycle management for securitized products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux for trading and risk applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers and back-end engineers to deliver cohesive workflows.
• Integrate with APIs for trade, pricing, and lifecycle data.
• Maintain shared components and contribute to UI architecture decisions.
• Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and production readiness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of capital markets and equities trading processes.
• Minimum of 6+ years of front-end development experience.
• Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and front-end best practices.
• Experience working in fixed income or structured products environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI / CD processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a multicultural team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
