React Developer (Contract) - Capital Markets / Trading applications

We are seeking a highly skilled React Front-End Developer to join the Platform team supporting the client's Asset-Backed Securities business. You will build high-performance, intuitive UIs that power trade capture, risk visualization, and lifecycle management for securitized products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux for trading and risk applications.
2. Collaborate with UX designers and back-end engineers to deliver cohesive workflows.
3. Integrate with APIs for trade, pricing, and lifecycle data.
4. Maintain shared components and contribute to UI architecture decisions.
5. Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and production readiness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Strong knowledge of capital markets and equities trading processes.
2. Minimum of 6+ years of front-end development experience.
3. Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and front-end best practices.
4. Experience working in fixed income or structured products environments preferred.
5. Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks.
6. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a multicultural team environment.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
