Job description

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be working in the warehouse side of the production facility. Your primary responsibilities will include palletizing boxes, wrapping them after packaging, racking large skids in tall racking systems, and loading and unloading docked trailers. You will spend the majority of your shift operating a forklift, approximately 70-80% of the time. Additionally, you will handle pulling customer orders and receiving inbound orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Palletize boxes and wrap them after packaging.
• Operate a forklift for 70-80% of the shift.
• Rack large skids in tall racking systems.
• Load and unload docked trailers.
• Pull customer orders and receive inbound orders using the WMS system.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of experience with Stand Up forklift (Crown Brand) or 3+ years with standard Raymond reach or dockstocker.
• Knowledge of forklift operation, material handling, and stand-up forklift.
• Experience with loading, unloading, and palletizing.
• Familiarity with WMS systems or computer knowledge.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Inventory management experience.

The facility is slightly warm, but you will primarily be working outside the production area, going in and out of the production doors on the forklift. The shift available is from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM. Steel-toe footwear is required.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
