Job summary

Randstad Canada in Edmonton is seeking a forklift operator to safely run Reach Trucks and Order Pickers, stack and move tires, and ensure timely, accurate shipments. The role requires a valid license and recent equipment experience, WHMIS familiarity, and strong stamina. We offer both Full-Time (Mon–Fri) and Part-Time (3 shifts/week incl. Saturday) options, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Valid reach truck license with recent operation in last 6 months.
• Experience handling automotive tires preferred.
• Comfort with heights on order picker equipment.
• Good physical stamina and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers through narrow aisles, reliably achieving a performance target of 45+ tires per hour.
• Manually lift, stack, move, and stage tires across various warehouse heights to keep product moving efficiently.
• Maintain an accident-free workspace, strictly enforce WHMIS guidelines, and conduct routine checks on all material handling equipment.
• Cross-reference orders against manifest details to ensure 100% accurate shipments with zero discrepancies.
• Partner closely with warehouse leaders and crew members to meet and exceed daily volume targets.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid or recently expired Reach Truck and Order Picker license, with active operational experience within the last 6 months.
• Bring hands-on experience handling, moving, or picking heavy automotive tires (strongly preferred).
• Feel completely comfortable and secure working at heights on order picker equipment.
• Possess strong physical stamina, reliable attendance, and a ready attitude—including readiness for a 30-minute walk from the nearest bus stop if using public transit.
