Randstad Canada is urgently seeking three skilled Reach Forklift Operators for a leading food distribution site in Puslinch, Ontario. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team at a company that handles food products for distribution, offering stable employment and competitive compensation. We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals to fill immediate openings starting Monday, March 24th.

We have the following positions available:

1. Monday to Friday afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (1 position)
2. Saturday to Monday weekend shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2 positions)

Responsibilities
As a Reach Forklift Operator in Puslinch, Ontario, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a reach forklift in a freezer and cooler environment (-19°F and 4°F).
• Picking orders by pallet or case.
• Utilizing RF scanners for accurate inventory management.
• Rotating between freezer and cooler environments to prevent prolonged exposure.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Valid external forklift license.
• Minimum of 1 year of reach forklift experience (recent forklift certification graduates considered).
• Reliable transportation (due to limited public transport).
• Ability to work in cold storage environments.
• Willingness to complete a forklift assessment and a week of training.
