Richmond Behavioral Health (RBH) is a dedicated advocate for the health, wellness, and recovery of individuals and families in the community. Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) provides vital care through crisis intervention, mental health services, developmental support, and substance use prevention and treatment.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a REACH Coordinator at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. The REACH Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating outreach and engagement efforts to connect individuals with mental health and substance use services. This role will involve working in the Greater Richmond Region with flexibility for significant remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mental health services or community outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
  • Experience with crisis intervention is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
