Ray’s Market is seeking a F / T Retail Sales Supervisor

• Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent
• Wage : $35.40~$37.00 / hour (depending on experience)
• Number of Positions : 1
• Work Location : 5120 52 Street, Wabamun, AB T0E 2K0
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising
• Assign employees to duties and establish work schedules
• Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests or complaints
• Involve in hiring and training new sales staff, and monitor staff performance
• Ensure the maintenance of the store, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness

Job Requirements :

• Experience : 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required
• Education : Completion of secondary school is required
