Job description
Overview

The Raw Materials Coordinator position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing direct support to the Manufacturing Associate Leader and Manufacturing Associate Supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for materials availability of all cans, bottles, lids, bib bags, corrugate, and miscellaneous materials for the production site
  • Provide material forecast to all raw material suppliers for the production site
  • Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of all raw material ingredient usage
  • Track and communicate promotional raw material inventories to minimize write-offs
  • Ensure supplier defective materials are processed via Damage Material Report (DMR) timely
  • Drive resolution of issues relating to supply and quality of raw materials for the production site
  • Complete APS transactions
  • Complete all period-end inventory reconciliation processes
  • Follow all GCS requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferred qualifications include:
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional follow-up and initiative
  • Two-year associate's degree or equivalent
