Job summary

Global Guardian in Denver, CO is seeking an Emergency Response Agent to provide on-site emergency response, physical security, and protective services across our office locations. You will coordinate with the Physical Security Manager, guard force, and local authorities to ensure rapid incident response and situational awareness.

The role requires prior executive protection or military/security experience, certifications in first aid and CPR, and the ability to operate under high-stress

Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive protection or corporate security experience preferred.
• 8+ years of military, law enforcement or high-end corporate security experience.
• 3+ years of a security management background preferred.
• Basic tactical firearms experience.
• Basic medical first aid training, AED; CPR certification required.
• TCCC required.
• EMT-B strongly preferred.
• NREMT certification and state-issued EMT license strongly preferred.
• Active state-issued armed security / concealed-weapons license as required for the assigned location.
• Denver Security Guard License with a weapons endorsement required.
• Colorado Concealed Carry Permit (CCW)required.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and a review of driving history for relevant disqualifying convictions.
• Working knowledge of the Denver, CO area.
• Experienced in crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Respond on-site within 90 to 120 seconds for critical incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness across the site; respond to medical emergencies.
• Provide on-site protective coverage at the office location.
• De-escalate tense situations and coordinate with responders.
• Submit daily activity and incident reports on time.
